A Little More About Us ...
Image Collective was founded in April, 2003, as a forum for Gay male photographers in the Seattle area to grow as artists through networking, education, and the sharing of ideas and resources. Our members' interests range from those of serious amateur artists to working professional photographers, and their creative works encompass a wide range of subject matter from photojournalism to still life, portraiture to the erotic. The goal of the group is to provide a comfortable and thoughtful place from which to critique, comment, learn and create.
Member Meetings
Our monthly meetings are fairly structured and usually provide an opportunity to delve into areas of our craft and share works and ideas. There is no meeting “leader.” Rather, each meeting has assigned a “moderator” whose function it is to present the topic for each meeting, initiate discussions and address group business as necessary.
